Citizenship

Anyone can become a Dilonland citizen. No renouncing your current nationality. Digital citizenship is additive.

The first wave (potentially 500-1,000 citizens) may receive free citizenship to build community momentum. Subsequent waves are defined by previous Captain Dilons.

Governance

All citizens start equal. To earn Captain Dilon status and voting rights, you must:

1. Build a virtual Dilon House in the digital environment
2. Demonstrate self-sufficiency for 1 year through survival-like tests
3. Prove resource management competence

Your voting power = 1 + the number of citizens who entrust their resources to you.

Resource Management

Dilonland guarantees basic resource access to all citizens. Additional resources are allocated based on contribution and merit.
